These are soot webs after synthetic material burns, and the remnants from on the wall.

Sometimes after a fire occurs in your house you will see what looks like Black Cobwebs all over the place. Contrary to what they may look like these are actually called "Soot Webs". They occur after synthetic material burns at a high temperature. The soot gathers onto walls and against areas in the house. This is why after a damaging fire you should contact us.
